Welcome to the Pig & Pony website. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Definitions
“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Catered Plate, the provider of catering services.
“You” or “Your” refers to the user or viewer of our website or the individual or entity entering into an agreement for services.
Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress to other users, transmitting offensive content, or disrupting the normal function of the site.
Service Agreements
When booking a catering service with Pig & Pony, a contract will be formed between you and us once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been received. The contract will include the agreed menu, services, and payment terms.
Any changes to the services must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due according to the agreed payment terms in your contract.
Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking, you must provide written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs.
If Pig & Pony must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Menu and Dietary Requirements
We offer a wide range of menu options and can cater for dietary preferences where possible. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. While we will take reasonable steps to accommodate requests, Pig & Pony cannot be held liable for adverse reactions.
Liability
Pig & Pony shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to food allergies, sickness, or accidents.
Our liability is limited to the total value of services provided under the booking contract.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings or injury to persons during your event, except where caused by our proven negligence.

We collect only the information necessary to process bookings, respond to enquiries, and deliver our services (such as your name, contact details, and event information).
